A purpose-built, versatile aerodynamic solution with improved fuel economy and performance, the T410 excels in vocational, intrastate and interstate distribution as a rigid, single or multi trailer configuration. With a set-back front axle and an optimal bumper-to-back-of-cab dimension of 2,845mm (112 inches), the T410 can be rated up to 70 tonnes (GCM) making it suitable for PBS and tipper and dog operations.

Powered by a 460 hp or 510 hp PACCAR MX-13 engine, the new T410 is the first Kenworth to offer the smooth and intuitive shift strategies of PACCAR’s new 12-speed automated transmission. Equally focused on durability, the powertrain incorporates improved engine cooling and simplified electrical architecture, plus improved service access to key systems. The T410 also comes with a selection of optional Eaton Manual and Automated Manual Transmissions.

The all-new 2.1-metre cab represents another sizeable advancement. More spacious, more ergonomic and better equipped, the T410 interior offers a driver experience unmatched for comfort and control in its class.

PURPOSE-BUILT TO WORK SEAMLESSLY WITH THE MX-13 ENGINE, THE NEW PACCAR 12-SPEED AUTOMATED TRANSMISSION REPRESENTS A MAJOR ADVANCEMENT IN POWERTRAIN PERFORMANCE, PRODUCTIVITY, EFFICIENCY, DRIVEABILITY AND RETURN ON INVESTMENT.

Integrating numerous industry firsts, it combines class-leading weight, durability and serviceability with excellent startability and gradeability. Designed with the operator in mind, it boasts a torque capacity of 1850 lb-ft and is rated to 50 tonnes GCM.

PACCAR’s new automated transmission constantly monitors changes in road grade, vehicle speed, acceleration, torque demand, weight and engine load to keep the truck in the most fuel-efficient gear possible.

Likewise, the PACCAR MX-13 features low operational engine speeds with excellent torque characteristics, thereby requiring fewer gear changes, resulting in lower fuel consumption.

Together, PACCAR’s 12-speed automated transmission and MX-13 engine are ideal for single trailer, tipper and dog and a variety of heavy duty applications.

Purpose-built to meet the specific requirements of its intended use, and equipped with advanced safety technology, each Kenworth is designed to operate with optimal protection for the driver, vehicle, payload and other road users.

On the new T410, that protection includes safer cabin access. With a low cab floor height, it is equipped with wide opening cabin doors, inclined external steps and carefully positioned handles and grab rails, allowing drivers easier access and the ability to maintain three points of contact at all times.


The more intuitive dashboard design aids concentration and helps reduce fatigue, while the new sloping bonnet, provides fantastic forward vision. Re-positioned A-pillars, a larger windscreen, larger side windows and low-mounted anti-vibration side mirrors combine to create commanding views to the front, sides and rear.

Because some on-road dangers can’t be foreseen, the T410 also offers the full suite of Kenworth Electronic Brake Safety Systems (EBSS).
