It’s our secret to building the toughest trucks the world has ever seen.

We start with heat-treated, high-tensile steel rails which are lighter and 300 per cent stronger than ordinary ones. Steel and extruded aluminium cross members, aluminium cast gussets, high-tensile, free-fit bolts and hardened carbon steel washers add more strength, without weight.

There are threaded spring pins and bushes for extra durability. They have years in them the average bush or pin don’t, and the threaded sections mean more stability and control with no spring side movement.

It’s all about durability that reduces downtime and increases your return on investment.
