Our comprehensive anti-corrosion protection system sees your Kenworth looking sharp its entire working life. Every piece of metal in your truck gets a total treatment so rust can’t get a look-in at any point in production. We use pre-treated, corrosion-resistant aluminium and fibreglass on all cabs and sleeper boxes, and coat our external aluminium panels to protect overlapping joints.

Your truck, your colours

Our unique prime paint process makes your truck’s components as tough as the conditions they face. We paint all interior cab components you can see – applying the exterior colour and coating and baking until we get that super-durable shine Kenworth’s famous for. There’s a wide range of colours to choose from and we’ll even paint to your own design.
